Excellence - Honesty - Quality! James Arthur Jancik, the "Black Knight" of Talk Radio ™ is the host of the syndicated radio show, Feet to the Fire, now into it's 5th year, and the creator of InnerStreams Radio and the JANCIK Radio Network: James: The #1 problem I have encountered over the years is a stable, quality, drama-free radio station/network environment to grow my shows in. Station politics, power struggles, arbitrary rules, broadcast quality issues; just the opposite you join a network for! Then toss in lies on system performance problems, listener count, lack of leadership vision... The mixing of air-talent genres, quality, professional abilities that bleed over, as it were, on your shows... well... it makes other hurdles you just didn't plan for. James' pre-radio spent years as a studio technician building and working his own recording studio and is an innovative perfectionist for sound quality. His computer experience goes back to punch cards. He has been a technical consultant to the broadcast structure of several Internet Radio Stations/Networks (like Radio Heart, iRadio Active, BBS Radio and IBC Radio). He also has studied for years in finding Spiritual Truths and Principles and really applies then to life. James: It wasn't a dream or calling to put together a Radio Station or Network. In fact I avoided it. Just wanted to do my shows. (Laughter) I guess Spirit had other plans for me... Can you find a cheaper alternative? Sure. Can you find a studio or network that has more visibility (at this time)? Probably. Can you get a better innovative technician and sound quality? Probably not. Can you find someone more up front, dependable and honest in the radio biz? Doubt it. Can you get all of these things for these prices? We know this answer. That is why we started this project. James: We are not just about taking your money and throwing your sound out there. We are not about filling airspace. We are not about manufacturing figgers to mislead. We have a dedicated infrastructure all to ourselves. We are about delivering your product in an electro-sonic package where your content is not compromised by the very system you are using to distribute it. All for a very reasonable price. You would link that would be obvious, but, remember, we are in a system that is proud to announce their juice product has 10% real fruit juice! What is the other 90% ?!? There are networks that claim to have "a million listening (on the Internet) at any given time." That is simply not true, let alone economically possible. Can you see direct screen captures and reports of network traffic? Are they audited by an outside source? Ask them. They will have an excuse. We know it can get as good as you can make it. We do not need to create a false, Enronian environment, that will eventually crash under reality. Reality is the plane we fly in... so there is never a crash.
